If the item you are interested in does not yet have a buy now button, please contact me for your total price and an invoice. Or we'll create the buy now button for that item upon your request.
When you are ready to order, please just email us with your heart's desire and we will be happy to reply with your order total including shipping (& tax if you are in CA). If you prefer, you are welcome to print the order form and mail it to us with your payment. Click here for the order form.
What we need from you to figure your total. 1) Item(s) number or name - link to item(s) is helpful too, 2) your shipping address zip code, 3) if you need your order by a certain date and 4) your preferred payment method. If you plan to use PayPal, we can send you a PayPal invoice, in which case, we'll need your PayPal e-address.
